Sara Groves in Concert

Sara Groves came to Charleston to perform on September 24th, 2006 at 7pm at the Charleston Music Hall. Sara Groves is an inspirational singer and songwriter. Two of our youth, Whitney and Catherine, had the special opportunity to be choosen to be volunteers for the concert. They, along with other area volunteers, spent the day assisting with concert details behind the scenes, as well as serving the performers a wonderful meal. When it was show time, Catherine and Whitney had front row seats for the performance. They both really enjoyed the show. Proceeds from the show went to Tricounty Family Ministries.
After the wonderful evening of music, Whitney and Catherine were able to meet and speak with Sara. Check out their picture below!
